A user account is individual, it must not be shared with another person.
By registering, the user agrees to periodically receive emails (every 2 or 4 weeks) containing new tasting experiences from site members.
The user may disable this option at any time from the "My Account" panel on the classic version of the website.

Data entered by the user may be used by the website, particularly in the context of voluntary tasting publications.
Each published tasting is accompanied by the author's first name and a ranking based on the number of tastings recently submitted and published on the site by the user:
- occasional taster: 1 tasting published on the site in the last month
- experienced taster: between 1 and 2 tastings published on the site in the last month
- frequent taster: at least 3 tastings published on the site in the last month

The user thereby effortlessly participates in the wine-loving community and contributes to its user experience on the site.
For better readability, the text may occasionally be modified before publication (spelling, punctuation, etc.)

The user must own the rights to any bottle illustrations (photos). The website may use these in a strictly anonymized manner.

The user agrees to be contacted by "Bottles.cloud" or one of its partners by email.
However, the user can refuse these contacts by changing the settings in the "My Account" panel

Information regarding health risks

Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume in moderation.
Access to the site is restricted to adults only.

Technical information stored on the user's computer

"Cookie" files are used to store:
- user's basic website login identification data
- authentication data when applicable
- automatic login data when applicable
- audience measurement data

- Google Analytics: audience measurement
- Google Sign-in: third-party authentication

Cookies

The user is informed that during visits to the site www.bottles.cloud, a cookie may be placed on their computer. A cookie does not identify the user. Generally, it records information related to the navigation of their computer on the site (pages viewed, date and time of consultation) which can be read during subsequent visits.

Any account inactive for more than 12 months will be permanently deleted.

Bottles.cloud reserves the right to update the system by making changes to create new features, evolve or remove existing features.

We therefore invite all users to visit this page during each consultation of the site to stay informed.

Confidentiality commitment

None of the data entered in your cellar (e.g., number of bottles, information about bottles, etc.) will be published without your explicit consent.

Your email address will not appear anywhere public on the site.

Your first name will only be used if you voluntarily submit a tasting experience.

The websites www.bottles.cloud and www.boutanches.com are the 2 user interfaces of the same system, sharing the same data.
